Information we collect
When you submit a 3D print request, Amorfin may collect your name, order details, notes, model measurements, material selection, estimated price, and the original 3D model file you upload.
How we use information
We use this information only to review, quote, produce, support, and keep records for your requested 3D print order. We do not sell customer data.
Google Drive
Amorfin uses Google Drive API access authorized by the site owner to create order folders and store submitted model files and order notes in an Amorfin-controlled Drive folder. Customers do not grant access to their own Google Drive accounts. Google user data is not used for advertising or shared except as needed to provide the requested service.
Retention and requests
Order data is retained while it is needed to complete and support an order, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may contact Amorfin through the website to request access, correction, or deletion.
